Ayman Abouelnasr

Hi! I'm Ayman Abouelnasr, a Director of UX, Product and Service Design based in Toronto, Canada. I have 25+ years of professional experience overall, of which 16+ years have been in senior UX and product leadership across cybersecurity, government, healthcare, e-commerce and enterprise SaaS in Canada and the Middle East. I led the UX of IBM Guardium Insights' first SaaS release, which drove 47% year-over-year growth and earned me the IBM Vice President's Award for Excellence (2022) and the IBM North America Product-Led Growth Award (2023). I've designed government services for Ontario covering about 14 million citizen interactions a year, and I lead product design for a Saudi government spiritual travel platform used by 40M+ people worldwide. I'm NN/g-certified, an IBM Certified Accessibility Advocate, a mentor with NN/g and ADPList, and a speaker on UX, AI and accessibility. I run UX Horizon Design Inc. in Toronto and co-founded Abad Creative, a Saudi creative technology agency.
