Business modeling and governance are not luxuries, but absolute necessities in this era of fluidity and agility. I am Mahmoud Shouman, a governance and business modeling expert. I work in the fields of governance, business model innovation, and company evaluation from a management perspective. I also have prior experience in customer experience design, having applied my master's thesis in this area to several projects. I currently serve as Head of Governance at QRCS, a founding partner at Advisor Consulting Group, and a freelance consultant for several business incubators.
