Speaking at the launch of Startup Egypt, ITIDA CEO Eng. Ahmed El-Zaher said the organization arrived at a critical moment for Egypt’s entrepreneurship ecosystem, helping promising ideas develop into competitive and scalable companies.
He highlighted ITIDA’s nationwide support for technology startups through its Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers, including incubation, advisory services, investor connections, and access to international markets.
El-Zaher noted that the large number of promising applications received by ITIDA’s programs demonstrates the need for stronger collaboration across the ecosystem, as no single institution can support the full pipeline of emerging ventures alone.
“Integration between ITIDA and Startup Egypt can open new horizons for entrepreneurship in Egypt,” he said, confirming the authority’s full readiness to build a strategic partnership with Startup Egypt and expand support for founders across the country.
